Many of the images seen on this site, as well as hundreds of others, are
available for commercial use. Amelia's stock photo library contains
collections from travel in the Hawaiian Islands, the Midwest and a
number of specific hospitality locations.
To establish a usage fee, please provide the following information:
Type of photo project: Ad, magazine, news article, etc.
Print run. Distribution. Number of insertions.
Reproduction size of photographs.
Rights desired. U.S. only. Worldwide. Exclusive. |

Licensing
Rights
When one of our
images is
purchased for
commercial use, we
provide
information that
states the rights
you are buying on
the invoice. Here
are some licensing
rights that affect
the cost:
Size of Use: The
larger the image,
the more it costs.
This is measured
by the size of the
printed image or,
if it’s a digital
image, the size in
MB. For example:
an 18x24 print or
poster will cost
more than an 8x10
print or poster.
Distribution:
Distribution in
North America will
cost less than
worldwide
distribution.
Image Placement:
Interior images
cost less than
cover images on
magazines, even if
the images are the
same size.
Circulation and
Print Run: The
larger the
circulation of a
publication or the
print run of an
item (posters,
calendars, etc.),
the larger the
run. the more the
image will cost.
Exclusive Rights:
Exclusive use of
an image will cost
more because no
one else will be
able to buy and
use this image.
Non-Exclusive
Rights: The same
image you license
may be licensed to
someone else for
the same or other
uses.
Non-exclusive use
costs less than
exclusive rights.
Period of Use: You
can license an
image for a
specific period of
usage—the longer
the period of
time, the higher
the cost.
Unlimited Use: If
you need unlimited
use of an image,
please
contact Amelia.

Written permission
is required for
usage of any image
on this page. Rates
are based on a variety of factors and each
request is evaluated on an individual basis.
All of the above
images are offered
for sale. Once purchase is
completed, you
will receive your
high resolution image(s) by e-mail or
by US postal mail on CD, if you
prefer. ($4.50
shipping charge
will be applied if
CD is method
selected.)
